The project of All Metal Gasket for Euro Ⅲ Engine had got the first prize of science and technology progress in mechanical industry in Shandong Province,the third prize of national mechnical industry science and techonology progress.

Use imported Japan Fuji pressure measurement film to check the sealing pressure according to the color after being pressed. It is devided into high pressure (50-130MPa), middle pressure (10-50MPa) and low pressure (2.5-10MPa). |
Punch holes on the different parts of the cylinder gasket and put the plastic component there, after fastening of the bolt and then check the thickness of the plastic component and then can know indirectly about the fastening thickness and check if it meets the design requirement and also can preliminary know the deformation of the cylinder head. |
