We established the rubber coated metal department in 2005, at the same year, we imported the key equipments from France, Germany and Japan.
In 2011, the company successfully developed the rubber coated metal composite board in China, and established the first automated rubber coated metal coils production line in China, with a maximum production capacity of 3,000 tons per year. The production line is 360 meters long in total and 20 meters width.
The company focuses on independent research and development, and at the same time draws on advanced technology and experience at home and abroad, cooperates with well-known universities and research structures, and has obtained a number of national patents on the production formula and technology of rubber coated metal coils. In the 11 years since it was put into mass production, the product has good performance and stable quality, and has been recognized and praised by customers and the market.
Available metal substrates thickness are between 0.2mm-0.8mm.Max width is 800mm.Rubber coating thickness is between 0.02-0.12mm single and double-side rubber coated metal roll material can meet the requirement of different customers.
We are still on the way of research new technology on rubber coated metal to reach the higher fields.
